Policy Researcher

About

Gabrielle is a recent MSc graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Science where she studied Economic Psychology, an interdisciplinary field of meta-economics focused on decision sciences, moral psychology, and philosophy.

Shortly after graduation, Gabrielle completed a research fellowship at the Effective Institutions Project where she assisted private research reports with high level experts and industry insiders on AI safety at top tech companies and global catastrophic risk management in American national security. From this, Gabrielle became increasingly interested in AI governance and the risks posed by unaligned systems.

Gabrielle looks forward to helping AIGS achieve actionable policy insights that ensure the Canadian government has the infrastructure available to mitigate the risks posed by rapid artificial intelligence developments.
